Kriss Vector Gen II 9mm

I just got one and I love it
Found it really accurate and the recoil reduction system means its super easy to shoot
Glock mags are a bonus for sure
I was really torn between 9mm and 10mm for the Kriss and in the end it was a combination of getting a good deal on a 9mm and buying a reloading setup for 9mm that made me go that direction but a recent thread on here regarding the 10mm makes me think its the perfect fit for this platform......

Yeah, I thought about getting it in .45 ACP but I know I'm going to be shooting the piss out of it and 9mm is more economical. Do you have any optics on yours? Mind telling me where to get a supply of cheap Glock 17 mags?

On the plus side, I have thrown a lot of lead downrange with my 10mm Vector. Gophers do REALLY well playing ''catch'' with Winchester Silvertips. Waiting on a powder order before I strt loading the 200gn hardpoints.
So far, I have used an Aimpoint and a Sightron Stac 1-7x and both optics have their place, and seem to work well. If I was going for the lightest weight in a CQB match, I would go with the Red Dot option, or if longer ranges like 3 gun and under 150m I would run the Sightron.
So far, 500 rounds in and the 10 is a winner for sure. 1 fail to feed over 500 rounds is not too bad
I plan to run another 500 through, check the wear pattern and polish up the area in due time.Talk about a breeze to clean and fieldstrip.

Just picked up a Vector Gen II in 9mm and love it! Low recoil and very accurate. Innovative design makes cleaning easy, which is good as it needs a good cleaning as there is some carbon fouling from the rapid cycling of the action. Throws brass 10m away - literally over the heads of other shooters on the line!
SFRC sells conversion kits, so you can convert calibres by changing out the barrel and bolt while retaining the optics on the other half - a likely to pick up a .45 and possibly a 10mm kit at some point.

SFRC doesn't sell conversion kits. Their ads are way old and they don't plan on getting more in. So don't count on convertion kits anytime soon. Or ever.
I'm looking for one. Not sure which caliber yet. 10mm sounds sweet but that ammo is crazy expensive. And I don't reload. So most likely it will be 9mm.

10mm ammo cost is such a scam....the only difference is .250: longer brass, large instead of small primer, and a pinch more powder
