I bought one of these carbines last week (second owner) and I thought I would give my impressions of it. First of all, it looks and feels really well made. I find that it is surprisingly heavier than it looks. The fit and finish is excellent..Take down is very easy with the push pins. I put a lucid HD7 red dot on it and it co-witnesses with the iron sights.
ok now for the good part, shooting it
The 13/10 glock mags load very easy (compared to M&P 40)
I found the action takes quite a bit of energy to #### it.
slide hold open/release is easy to use and can even be used with an empty mag (it pushes down on the follower).
I was using reloads 200gr semi-wadcutters on 4 gr of bullseye and it functioned flawlessly... I ran through 200 rds without a hiccup
All the brass ends up in a neat pile.
I was shooting rested from 25 yds and was able to make pretty good groups
Here is the target I was shooting when I was zeroing the scope.
Targets are one inch patches shot left to right, top to bottom with 2nd
and 3rd last groups being 10 rds. All the rest are 5 rds
I then moved back to 50 yds and it opened up to about 2 inches
I think this gun is going to be quite a bit of fun...Guess I should go and make some more ammo.
