Kriss Vector Trigger Modification

Well I ordered the screws. My only concern is that it might be taxing the gun in a way that wasn't intended. I plan to do some more research before I do this mod.

Kind of sad a $1800.00 carbine needs trigger upgrade.

No one said it "needs" an upgraded trigger, some people like mods and trigger upgrades however. I have a gen1 a trigger kit or mod would be nice, but it shoots just fine the way it came

Thats an odd way of looking at things as far as I am concerned. Anything can be made better, no matter what it cost.

I love this forum, just try to better yourself and/or you equipment and watch the rats come out of the woodworks to sh!t all over it.

Let me guess. You drive a Camry or Accord? Sometimes form follows function and other times it is about tailoring the gun to your own needs.

I don’t mind the G2 trigger, it’s about as crisp as guiding a wooden spoon through a pot filled with shrimp gumbo. Whuch matches the Glock trigger perfectly (ha ha)
Maybe not that bad... but close.

I wonder if there's a possibility of the trigger not being able to reset if the bolt is too long?

Well he does say if you screw it in too far or too long it will fire the trigger for you. So yes if its too long it will not function properly, cant reset if the bolt is in so far it fires the trigger. He even says you would have to back it off for it to reset at that point. Watch the video and pay attention at the 2:40 mark

Yup did this modification way back when I first posted this. Too long it will fire the trigger, juuuust to long and you have a hair trigger (presumably wont reset) and safety wont engage. You need to shave the bolt down until the safety engages again and your good to go.

That is awesome I really wished a mod like this worked on my Gen 1, or even a trigger kit, haven't been able to find anything

Man I have to agree with you on that!
I have owned a lot of different pistol calibure carbines over the years.
My all time favorite is the CX storm. Excellent right out of the box,,,,very accurate,,,,great sites,,,very nice handling. Love it.
I "was" looking into getting a Kriss......But I had a chance to shoot my buddies.
I truly didnt like anything about it....and thats being very nice.
so many FTE, FTF problems, very sloppy, weak charging handle,..very heavy for a carbine.
