Ks7

Fired one in the states and it's awesome, melbourne Florida.

Light, because it's missing 1/3 of the ksg, has a simplifyed loading port as there is only one tube to reload.
Kicks like a donkey because it's light.
489.00 dollars.

The top rail is meh. But it's a simplified site that has a plastic fiber optic.
I would have liked to see a rail like the ksg.

I'll buy one reasonably priced.
Say 700 shipping in. All day.
But I would also wait a year because keltec seems to always get better in gen 2.

Nice to get some feedback on this new one...had a KSG, really liked it...sometime locked up when the tube selection lever screw loosened a bit under recoil..then it would drop to the middle and lock up the action mid cycling of the next round...same thing happened exactly to my buddy when we were both shooting them for the first time together doing a dual pump out both tubes as fast as you can at a watermelon session :)

We ended fixing it with some blue locktite and tightening it to just the right point to hold the selection lever tight...but not too tight to hinder the easy manipulation of the tube selection lever.....but it kinda sucked that we had to do break it down and figure it out to do that......that's not really a break-in issue..but seemed more a design issue

crappy part was you had to pop the pins to scissor the rear open to clear it..

So we both ended up selling them..but I am really interested in the KS7....too bad they had to market it as a "starship troopers" design....and make the best design an "$$$ option"....dissapointed in hearing the flattop rail is not as good as the KSG...because that was the third best feature of the KSG shotgun after the Grouse/Grizzly tube selection ability....and the awesome shortness of it..

I am still happy to see it finally released...but its priced a bit too high to pay for the right to be a beta tester for Keltec........ I'm still definitly geting one....but this time...I'll wait til the bugs are out...and they get a real solid top rail ...and price drops to a more reasonable price ......like the poster suggested 700 end of the day in the gun cabinet

My 2 cents :)
