My KSG was having FTE and feeding problems with 2 .75 shells, I posted about it on here a while ago. I went to get a few brands of new ammo, I switched up to a few boxes of 3" slugs and buckshot and had no similar issues. I just figured that i would use exclusively 3" from now on.

My co-worker swears they should be able to cycle both without any problem, and that the KSG is actually still defective. He is planning on returning his for a similar feeding issue. Anybody else have this issue?

I've read on the ktog forums that a lot of people are having issues due to "short-stroking". Which is essentially not racking the pump all the way back, causing some FTE and FTF. However, I have also read that it still has a few bugs even after racking it with authority. Try some 2.75" again and make sure you rack the slide all the way back, see if there is a difference. If not, call Vault. (distributor for Kel-Tec firearms)
