Had an issue with my KSG jamming with the pump all the way back. Called Vault Distributing and Gary was very helpful in diagnosing the problem. Turns out the corner of the hammer wasn't rounded enough, it had maybe a 1/16 area rounded off, he said even put a 1/4 inch would be okay. At 3/16 rounded and polished it cycles perfectly.
While apart i kept feeling the forward/ backward movement and had another tight area, see in the picture it's a little part held in under the foregrip with 4 screws, it's a sharp stamped metal piece riding on an angle. Do not take a lot off, only have about 1/16 to work with, I rounded off one quarter of the material thickness and what a difference it made- like night and day
