KSG use?

OK, so I want a KSG; nothing special about this, many got hooked on this nice toy.

But, what would be the use of a KSG?

Hunting, not too much, unless you plug the tubes.

Shooting at my club, yes, but only with slugs (they don't allow pellets down the range). Otherwise, it isn't the best choice for clay shooting (short barrel, no choke).

Home defence? We are in Canadaaaa! Not allowed, let them take you prisoner in your own house as much as they want.

1. Is there any situation where we could shoot all 13 shells (bird loads, buck shots)? Any club (I'm in Ontario) that lets you practice this by spewing pellets?

2. Is this gun used by any Police, Military, Blackwater, whatever, anywhere in the world, or it's only a toy for crazy folks like us?
 
You can choke the ksg I think somebody made an adapter. Its a toy just like most tac shotguns if i had the $ id buy one.

BECAUSE, it's the FRIGGEN COOLEST & CUTTING EDGE shotgun in Canada...

PLUG the tubes then! I intend to take a turkey with my KSG & it would also be my deer gun in a shotgun only zone...

Then shoot slugs, the KSG loves them! And, wrt to clays, buy the SMT Tactical choke tube adapter & use RemChokes, you just can't shoot slugs through the adapter.

Spewing? Well, EOSC is my club & I have put plenty of slugs & buckshot downrange at clay targets laid on the berm. FUN!

I only shoot slugs through mine because of club rules, not expensive if you cast your own.

You dont need most of what you have, but you have it because you want it.

Yeah, I was hoping that the UTAS would prove to be a good gun since availability is better than the KSG, but some of the posts I've seen here do not inspire confidence.
 
any situation where you'd use all of them?? ZOMBIE APOCOLYPSE Y'ALL!! LOL
but seriously... anytime you go up into the woods, FSR's, camping, bring some targets along and destroy them, just remember, those boxes of 25 shells don't go that far when you've got that much magazine room so bring a few flats
 
Plenty useful when you want something compact enough to carry comfortably in thick bush, need to forget the stereotypes and just enjoy what works, the KSG works. Also shoots clays really well and a lot of fun.

I have been considering one, only use is clay busting, but I already have an over under, a rem 887 and a benelli M4.

Im thinking it could be redundant. Do they really come with no choke at all? How effective are they at trap shooting?

My M4 is great fun.
 
They're in an entirely different class than an M4, they're half the size and more than double the capacity, and half the price. I've owned an M4, and even just the few days testing the KSG for my site I liked it better than my M4 by good measure. They're revolutionary, where as the M4 is evolutionary, the to date best semi combat shotgun. KSG is a breed apart and something new entirely, yes there were other bullpup shotguns but none successful like this.
 
Well let's see. You can:
Trim the hedge
Cut down, delimb and buck up a tree
Kill a squirrel 14 times
Light stuff on fire
Dissasemble a truck
Add a new door to an existing wall from your couch
Change your mind and remove the whole wall
Plus some other stuff
