Kudos to Champion Target

I shoot clays from the cheapest spring launcher you can buy - a 25$ Champion Target launcher that mount on an automotive rim or stick into the ground on spikes. After about a thousand targets the aluminum arm that holds the targets split down the back. I called their 1-800 number ready to have to pay for the part. They apologized that their product failed me and sent me a new arm by courier, no charge. Since great customer service seems so rare nowadays, I thought I'd post a note here to support them.

Thanks ... nice to know Customer Service is alive & well (in some places.)

I've experianced the same from LL Bean, Orvis, Leupold, RCBS and Outer's
(also target throwers) just to name a few that have exhibited excellent customer service.
