Back in June 2009 I stripped the threads on the locking collar of my Midwest freefloat handguard so i sent an email to Wolverine asking about replacement parts. It took a bit of persistence on my part to get a response from them and in the end I never did get a reply stating whether or not they could get me the parts I needed.
So I eventually forgot about it and let it sit for a couple months so I figured I'd just send Midwest an email and see what happens. Well, I now have my parts here completely free of charge. Thank you to Nicole for dealing with me and taking the time to get things right!
