I just wanted to pass along praise to Peltor and/or 3M Canada.
I've had a set of Peltor Tactical electronic headsets for years. Last year while RO'ing in the rain one side started to buzz... loudly. After hoping the problem would go away (apparently electronics are very poor at healing themselves), I sent them off for repair to 3M Canada a few weeks ago.
I was perfectly willing to pay for repairs as these headsets are well past any warranty date.
They came back in the mail yesterday, repaired for free. This also included the return shipping costs.
My expense for this repair was simply the postage.
I just wanted to pass along the news of a good experience with the company. I spend far more time #####ing about bad service rather than praising the good. This service was above and beyond my expectations.
