I want to give a shout out to RCBS.

I bent the decappinbg pin and central spindle in an RCBS full length resizing die (completely my fault). I contacted the company to see if I could buy a replacement part. They replied the next day and said they would send me the part for free. The day after that they sent me an email saying it had been ordered.

Wow! I have had some companies not respond at all, some respond but say I was on your own and some respond late and inform me I need to pay. This is my first time dealing with RCBS. They were very fast and very helpful.

I will be buying more of their gear.
 
I bent a decapping pin in a FL die once which was completely my fault. I emailed RCBS to see where I could get replacement parts or order directly. They insisted they would replace the pin. I received a notice that my package had been shipped (free of charge) the next morning. When it arrived, there were 5 small pins and 5 large pins. RCBS is great to deal with.
 
I've had to call them a couple times in the last year, not because of RCBS but because of me, and they have always helped me out with free replacements.

i had a different experience with lyman, the power supply failed on my digital power system its 8 yrs old and is of an oddball voltage thats not readily available. their response was we don't stock these parts
but we will sell you a whole new unit. yea sure

That definitely sucks. I can't say I have even owned anything Lyman. For no particular reason but I will be keeping that in mind.
 
One guy in town had a new RCBS die that was scratching the brass. Called them up, told him to send them back and some shot brass out of his gun. Custom made dies came back in the mail.
 
RCBS are absolutely the greatest when it comes to customer service. I wore out my little ratchet on an RCBS Lubrisizer and got a free replacement after offering to buy one from them. The same thing happened when I lost one of the drop tubes from my RCBS Uniflow Powder Measure. Again, they send a free replacement. RCBS rocks!!
