I emailed a dozen places in Canada to try to find replacement parts for my RCBS loading presses. I knew all the part numbers and had them listed....Not a single response.

I contacted RCBS directly and told them none of the Canadian dealers would respond.

RCBS: Just ordered those parts for you no charge

RCBS Tech/CM

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of orders.

Kudos to RCBS. One of the presses is close to 45 years old. I'm very Impressed.

NOT Impressed with Canadian Dealers. You Suck.

RCBS did the same for me. Needed press parts that were hard to find. They shipped the parts to me n/c plus threw in a few extra's.

I've had the odd issues with some of their Die parts over the years and they replaced them, but I never expected to get free replacement parts for the presses, especially after 45 years. I was a child when my Dad bought that press.

I had a set of 308 competition dies that I misplaced the extended shell holder in a move.
I did the same called a bunch of dealers and no one had it in stock.
I called RCBS fully expecting to pay as I lost it, completely my own fault and they sent me a replacement no charge.

I was very impressed, had it in 2 weeks no charge.

Best customer service out there.

I'm part of the RCBS "Me Too" movement.
I've had die parts replaced a number of times over the years, all N/C and shipped from the US.
The only delays in receiving the parts was the storage time at the border.

That happened to me when I first started.
I suggest you check the die, rod, pin and shell holder to ensure they are all tightly screwed in.
That was what was causing my problems. Just a tiny mis-alignment anywhere and things start going wrong.
If you are de-priming crimped primer military type brass, I found I had better results slowly pushing the primer out, sort of feeling it, then reaming the pocket, worked for me on 7.62 and 9mm smg brass I had been given.
