What's a fudd?
Western Gun Parts in Edmonton has had them in the past ...
for short action or long only? I'd be interested in some for short action.
Where can I get a Kwik Klip Detachable mag conversion for a rem700 in Canada?

Yes they make it for a SA and LA
Im looking for LA 30-06.
I dont see how the magazine would make it less accurate? once your cartridge is chambered its going down the same pipe.
Fudd. "Slang term for a "casual" gun owner; eg; a person who typically only owns guns for hunting or shotgun sports and does not truly believe in the true premise of the second amendment. These people also generally treat owners/users of so called "non sporting" firearms like handguns or semiautomatic rifles with unwarranted scorn or contempt. "
That sounds like a Foreign Fudd ... Is a Canadian Fudd any different?
You obviously don't reload.
The best accuracy is usually obtained when the bullet is seated close to the rifling... usually the less jump the bullet has to go to engage the rifling, the better...
So if the magazine limits the overall length of the loaded round, it can affect accuracy...
If you are shooting factory ammo it makes no difference to you.
I built my 7mm 08 on a long action using a Kwik Klip so length would not be a problem with reloads.
Although you would need the right cut out on your stock. I would go factory DM, Dave at Jennings Out Doors will order it for you. Not sure if that works for you but just a sugestion.
