Just a queation. Did you take it apart to clean it first? I do with mine. IMO doesnt hurt to run a snake down it before shooting.
Anyway my point is, maybe parts are back together right.
Just a thought.
 
I FOUND THE PROBLEM! I decided to take it apart troubleshoot myself. After taking it apart i figured out the workings of the sear and trigger group. I found the sear spring controls the pivot action and thelocking of the hammer. Long story short turned out to be a weak sear spring.. did the ol stretch a lil and took it back to the range... 100 rds flawless! Fixed!
