No not really . Quite standard.
Remeber this is Level 3A which is handgun, shotgun and knife protection

Yes indeed, I simply meant it's a nice light alternative to use as standalone vs. AR500 plate if that is sufficient for one's needs. Thinking about ordering a set.

They are not NIJ certified
But meet and excited nij ans are made in canada.
If we paid for nij cert they would be twice the price.
It's juat not worth it . As they have been lab tested to nij standard.
