Hi, I just bought and used labradar twice, so my experience is limited.

with my labradar, I found that after I armed the device, recorded a session and disarm it, I cannot start a new session, browser the shots within that session or switch between different sessions. Once I power the unit down and then start it up. It's ok to do all that. Is this normal? my firmware is the latest version. Thanks.

to create a new series, push and hold down the arm button for 2-3 seconds, then press the button on the left middle, the one with the horizontal lines. The unit will then ask if you want to create new series, and you select yes. My description may not be the best, but the manual walks through the steps pretty well.

Hi Seeker2,

thanks for the reply. This is it. I guess I should have read the manual more carefully. For some reasons, I completely ignored the flow charts that show how to switch between modes. Everything works as it should. Thanks again.

The unit software is easy to use once you're used to it, but definitely not well thought out.
I have used mine so much now, that I hardly even think about the 2-3 buttons to push to reset each session, and it only take 3-5 seconds to erase, or record, a session and start agin, but without knowing those steps, it isn't easy to figure out. Once you do it even 5-10 times, it'll become second nature though.
I absolutely love mine and am addicted to it now. In fact, even when I am not doing load development etc, I can't stop watching the read outs during shooting, and now when I am at the range, I feel like I am missing something if I don't have it on the bench and seeing the fps of each shot.
I have also found that the unit confirms at times, some flyers or unexplained misses etc, when you look at that particular rounds fps, compared to others in a string, and confirming, or not lol, whether it was me pulling that shot, or a bad round.
Curious as to why the previous owner would want to sell his?
