Are the barrels threaded into the action? Stuborn and wont release with the action wrench. Or are these a friction fit or such?

These Lakefield/Mossberg 395s (and similar associated model numbers) aren't particularly popular, especially after steel shot became a necessity (and the variable choke system wasn't effective).
Based on some pics, the barrel is threaded (vice press fit) but I thought there was a pin or hidding set screw.
