My Lakefield Mark I .22LR has a weak firing pin spring and I will need to replace it. My bolt is an older revision than the schematics I am able to find. Does anyone know how to disassemble the bolt. If you unscrew the cocking piece on the end of the bolt you can see a c-clip. I have no idea how you would reinstall it if you had to reinstall the c-clip through the back of the bolt.

If that's the same video I watched he is fishing for the same question I have.

I think I figured it out. You need to drift the roll pin out of the front of the bolt which releases the shaft the firing pin spring is on. Then Take the c-clips off and remove the springs.

If it fells real sluggish, sometimes just throw it in a can of varsol over night , blow it out with air compressor, and a bit of G96, some times works, but not always.
They get old hard grease , oil and crud built up in side over the yrs.

I have 2 club guns that were getting light primer strikes. Cleaning the firing pin slot by soaking helped get them going again.
