Lakefield Mark1 FiringPin replacement.

Im trying to remove the firing pin on a Lakefield Mark 1. Cant seem to find it on youtube or anywhere else.

Any help or tips appreciated!

If it comes apart similar to the Savage MK II, this video might help.

Keep in mind, the Lakefield Mark I and a Savage Mark I, should be the same bolt.

The Savage Mark II or the Lakefield Mark II bolts should be very similar in bolt design, compared to the Mark One Models.

It doesnt have much in common with the Mark 2 bolts.

I just figured it out. There is a peened over area in the slot the firing pin fits into and that seems to be what holds it in. Just kinda wiggled it out past the peened area and its out.
