It is not, the OP is hoping it can be chambered with 500 S&W rounds.

Anything firearm designed for less than lethal rounds will not be able to to handle the pressure of a real round, turning it into instant face popper.

the round works in anything that chambers .500 s&w, so depending on how that ar-15 is made it could be good to go for reg ammo

Though that would be seriously cool, I'd put my money on the upper being built strong enough to handle the LLA but not regular loads

I visited them in something like 2005 or so. The main guy told me the purpose behind the less lethal .500 S&W ammo was that "Good Ol Boys" in the States were buying the S&W revolvers for home defense, but that the wives couldn't handle them. So the less lethal rounds were rubber bullets. I got to shoot a cylinder of them and they were quite a pleasure to shoot. Not very loud at all, and they were pushing back some kind of "use of force" tackling dummy every time I shot it. A neat concept. They make lots of nice 12 gauge rubber & beanbag rounds, which were far more interesting to me.

The barrel, extension and bolt take the pressures...you could always source a reamer, barrel and bolt and have someone on here build you one.
Maybe ATRS or the like?
