I picked up mine at Prophet River. Clay has started to stock Lapua brass......Ken
When you check for stock ask about the packaging. The older, and in my opinion better brass comes in a bulk cardboard box. The new brass lots comes in a blue plastic box. The problem with the new brass is that the thickness of the brass in neck is about 0.001" less. This results in 0.002" more clearance in the chamber, and potentially reduced accuracy. This assumes you are not going to turn the necks. If turning them, it does not matter much.
If you plan to bushing size and not turn, then you need to know which type of brass you are getting before you can pick the bushing size needed.
