Hey Guys
Not sure if this should be in the reloading section or not but I am looking to hear from some experienced hunters/re-loaders and find out what folks prefer to hunt with. I have used the Hornady SST for sometime but my new rifle doesn't seem to like them and I think its time for an upgrade. Currently I have a really nice load worked up for this .308 using 167 Scenars which are match grade and not recommended for hunting with. I am currently looking at the Lapua 185 gr. Mega and the Barnes - Bullets .30 180gr Tipped TSX BT, so do any of you more experienced hunters/ re-loaders have opinions on these two? I will be mainly hunting deer and bears with these once I have decided and worked up a proper load for them. Thanks for your time and input.
