When the LAR 10/10 was accepted, the concept of a 10/30 was rejected.

Your best bet it to just get some AT-15 mags from Alberta Tactical when the get some in stock. They have the body of a 20 round mag, and look dam good too.


The mags at the bottom right are 10 rounders

Well that sucks! I like the capacity of my LAR 10 rounders but prefer the look for a 30. I guess I can look into the At-15 then. looks pretty good.

You can buy mag extensions from GSdesigns that make the 10 round LAR mags the same physical size as a 30 round mag. They simply replace the bottom plate of the mag, are strong and look quite good.

Until someone makes a 10/30 mag (or ATR decides to produce some more 10/20's) its a really good option.

I have six of these, and they work just fine.

I haven't run them against Magwedged LAR mags yet, but that will be the next exercise

You could also get USGI style .50 Beowulf mags. I have them and the AT15 mags. both look and work awesome. People say you can't get the Beowulf mags. That's crap. You can get them you just half to pay through the nose.
