What was the problem with the first shipment?
I tried for the first time this weekend with some military ammo and my bolt was unable to feed it. I know the first of those had issues but was that the problem? Is the spring too tight? I knew the sellers of those was replacing some parts but for near 2 years I didn't shoot my AR so wasn't afraid of that.
Any info?

The very first shipment, some (or all) of the mags came with a short spring.

Which was too weak to hold the action open on some AR's, and some feeding issues. Usually with the heavier spring like yours has (proper) it may take some break in as others have said (if you load 9 rounds and it works perfect, that's a good sign). You may depending on your situation have to cut a bit of the spring off. I think if you have had them for 2 years (even if you have never used them) and are just discovering an issue now, you really shouldn't be looking for warranty from the dealer, they reasonably expect you to use the product right away.
