LAR pistol mags and coupler deal?

Magwedge has couple on sale, buy five get the sixth free. So about 50$ for six plus shipping and taxes. Wanstalls has ten round LAR mags for about 24.99$ a piece.
 
Questar (see their link at top of page) sells 10 mag packs for $199 ($19.90/mag) and I got my magwedges from Wolverine Supplies, but if you live in or near Alberta Frontier Firearms is closer and quicker. They have both the angled and straight mag connectors for $15.95 each. As a side note, if you have the 7.62x39 conversion kit as well, Questar also sells the 7.62x39 LAR-15 mags in 10 mag packs.
 
ASC mags are cheaper for sure, but still many people are having issue with them.
what the point in A 10RD MAG if it jams all the time.
For some new shooters they may not know about the issues with the asc mags
 
Never had a problem with ASC mags. People need to learn to take them apart and inspect them before they use them. I had 2 in a batch of 10 that the follower had misaligned with the spring and prevented the last round from being loaded, it also caused the last round to nose-dive into the mag instead of chambering. Took them apart, realigned them, no problems since. You can't expect a mass produced product to be perfect every time, mistakes will be made and often they can be easily corrected.
