Help me source them be it JS harware ones or the GSdesign ones. If other and better solutions are available plz let me know.

I've been using GSdesign extensions for several years on my LAR-15 magazines.

These mags are used for Service Rifle matches and employed as "monopods" in the prone position or over the knee in kneeling. No issues, highly recommend them.

Ordered them through their website, arrived in 2 weeks.

Good product to emulate the correct length of magazines.

I also have 4 of the GSDesigns. Product is fine. Mine took at least a month to arrive. Expect to think that they may not arrive at all and don't even attempt to contact him. Many threads on how awful the service is...but they eventually show up.

IMO someone should do a nicer injection-molded product with half-way decent service and bury them.
 
I picked up some of the molded ones sold at Reliable, and they're somewhere in-between the length of a 20 and 30 rounder.
 
$15.99, and I may or may not have bought them all. I bought the four that were on the hanger, but they might have more.
