LAR15 Pistol Mag in AR15 - ruling

Do you ever expect anything else from a police force started by the queen of England?? The english are used to being subjects and we suck balls becasue we cant even fully break away form that queen and her police.

You know, a couple of years ago....I would have disagreed, but today I am 100% in agreement with you. Perhaps because I expected more. Really, I mean what the fkuc was I thinking?!?!?

Suffice it to say, I have become quite accustomed to reading accounts of ludicrous ineptitude from an Canadian organization that has very little sense of loyalty to the very people it is supposed to be supporting and/or protecting. Experience has shown us that it simply acts on its own beliefs, fears or expectations and does so under the guise of public safety.

Just read document on the lar magazine. There are some concepts you have to understand. Under the law, your rifle and magazine are two different things. For example, a magazine designed for a rifle with a capacity in excess of 5 rounds is prohibited but only the mag is, not the rifle it fits too.

The restrictions are on the magazines itself and where it was designed to be used. As the magazine was designed to be used in a lar-15 its legal as pistol magazine have a legal capacity of 10 rounds. The magazine is clearly labeled as such. That you can magazine will fit a ar is irrelevent as it was designed for a pistol. Dont try modifying your ar mags as those are rifle mags and would then be prohibited if they had a capacity in excess of 5. Same thing with the storm rifles. If you put a 10 round pistol mag thats ok. The later redesigned 10 round rifle mags are not. Its a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo.
Personally, this just tell me that police arent really all that concerned (other than a few hotheads) with us law abiding people. Criminals performing a crime wouldnt follow the law because....
