where are you located??

in BC we cant shoot any bear under 2 years old or any bear in its company.... that one looks to be 2 or younger

I did not illegally shoot the bear if that's what you are getting at.

No pics of the actual time of harvest..Brother was responsible for camera and never charged the batteries..:slap:...But here's the rack from my 2006 Newfoundland bull moose. The left side had two other points that were broken off during the rut I assume. We saw him 2 weeks earlier..with the 2 points there..he also has two other points on the left side chipped..Must of been a fighter.. Dropped him in his tracks at 150 yards. 38 1/2 inches wide, dressed at roughly 460lbs. Best eatin moose I've ever tasted..

Now to spend till november chasing Roe Bucks, Till may chasing Fallow Bucks and all year for the damn Muntjac!

Last years Moose hunt in Newfoundland, we were up early in the morning for two weeks and never saw any bulls. So we decided to pack a lunch and just go for a quad ride. We met this moose right in the middle of one of the rough trails we were crossing. Needless to say we didn't get to have our lunch that day and the quad ride was cut short. I cant take credit for shooting this moose, my brother had the license and he was in front, he took the moose down i just finished off what was left wiggleing. I posed for the pic as it was my first moose hunt lol. Gun was a Browning BLR 30-06. Im going again this year, see if i can learn how to clean one of those big buggers.

Over here we have had the Roe Bucks in season since 1st April but not too many shot. The weather has been very dry so I am out this week to see if there is anything worth putting in the game register. We have Muntjac on the ground but the big Fallow Bucks arent back in season till august the 1st and then right through to next april!:)
