Not looking for instructions or DIY suggestions, I need a proven design.

You can get metal boxes made custom from HVAC and commercial kitchen suppliers even in stainless steel and liquid tight. Ovens and duct work are basically metal boxes so most can do custom boxes even in stainless steel. I did get a quote from a commercial kitchen supplier for a 48x12x9 heavy gauge box to make a barrel oven for Cerakote it was $350 but I found a steel Stak on on sale at can tire and made it from that instead.

Just priced out a tank for degreasing Aproxx $300 dollars 48x6x9 18guage 304 stainless tank having quote being done for 316 stainless pm me and I will pass along the companies details.
