Large Rifle Primers???

Out of curiosity , I looked up Google reviews for Ginex primers. A competition shooter in England got better SD with them than CCI BR2 s. But this review was a while back. My experience has been primer lot# do matter.

My go to load is with Fed 210 primers, someone gifted me some of these primers to try before I buy small primer brass, I picked up 30 FPS average with my same spicy load and my ES/SD was pretty much cut in half, your mileage may vary as I am shooting a 7mm creedmoor ackley improved short

LOL!!! That's quite a lengthy name for a short cartridge. I as well love the Federal primers, my favorite!

I picked up a brick yesterday from budget. More than I want to pay but now I’ve got 2,000 which I probably won’t shoot in 5 years untill atleast availability maybe comes back. Untill then I’ll continue to stack small rifle and enjoy the smaller stuff.

Not sure who owns Ginex, but, between CSG and Beretta, they have a pretty good hold on the market, CSG are the folks who bought Vista, Beretta just bought the RUAG small cartridge div, Ammotech, as in Norma and RWS, Rottweil. CSG also has majority in Fiocchi, who has a new plant in the US, along with owning D&M Holdings, who owns the new White River Energetics plant. The Lone Star plant in Texas and WW appear to be the only ones independent of those two.
