Large Rifle Primers???

A few are coming in but cheapest I have found is $230/1000 plus tax. I haven’t bought any lately as I have some left.
Switched to small rifle cartridges in the last couple of years. It’s gotten out of hand with the cost and availability of magnum powders and large primers. Brand name srp and mid speed powders are readily available for less than ridiculous prices. Some decent powders coming up for $50 or less and primers at $100 a thousand. $.50 cent bullets too!
If you’re shooting for groups, targets or less than 1500 yards, then do yourself a favour and drop the powder guzzling cartridge!

Xreload has some rem large rifle mag, but won't sell you any unless you bought something from then in the last 12 months.
I quit buying from them years ago because my CC kept getting compromised and became a huge pain in the ass...

X-reload fixed that issue a while ago, there were details posted here on how it was resolved. I was one of the many people who had their CC compromised after buying from them back then too, and I waited a year+ before going back. I've put half a dozen orders in this year and all good.
Thanks for the replies, guys. I guess I will have to continue to check with dealers and attend gunshows in order to score on large rifle primers. I'm willing to pay $200 for Federal 210 or 215 per 1000, however, not $400 per 1000, as some people are asking for..............nuts!

I've got close to 10,000 various primers in my stash and I haven't reloaded in a few years.

good investment ; )
Red tape/regulations, anti gun financial institutions and general sky high cost of doing business (insurance, property taxes etc) here will likely kill the enthusiasm of anyone seriously looking into this.
