how's the availlability of large rifle primers these days...... are we still in a drought? Can't seemk to find any large boxes, just the occasional 100 pack at the gunshop i frequent.... no bulk stuff. Can someone point me to a CGN dealer who carries them in stock.... and if not ANY dealer in canada with current stock? pricing would be appreciated but i can always look that up once a source is found. Looking for CCI #200 large rifle primers. Please do not p.m. with offers of private sales, this is not a WTB add ;)

Have you tried Reliable in Vancouver? I thought I saw some CCI primers there last week.
 
call all the big mail order guys. i know our local wss has thousands of primers. sometimes you just have to look a bit harder.

Got a brick of Winchester Large Rifle for $40 at Valley Guns in Petawawa, ON just last week. Jeff still had a couple bricks but not much
 
Question: I have come into a bunch of magnum primers, I don't own a magnum rifle but want to reload with them anyway. any suggestions on how much to lighten up on the powder on first loads?
 
today....i was at williams in port...they had all the powder and primers i needed......
i asked if they had any more primers..
they said they had lots....
so head out there or place your orders with them if you need primers:)
