TIA.

I don't know I'd it's a LaRue product, but Wanstalls (sponsor) has one very much like it.

Thanks for the suggestion. That one looks pretty good as well but is unfortunately longer than I'm looking for (40") as my AR is just over 30" with stock collapsed.

They seems to most often come in 30", 36" and 40" (slightly smaller internal dimensions) so the 36" would be the optimal size for my application.

Please excuse my ignorance but here goes: don't restricts need to be carried in a locked ''rigid'' container?? i've been wondering for a while as to the legality of these types of cases, just never bothered to stop and ask.

cause I'd like one of these myself.:)

Nope just locked opaque case. Also need a trigger lock, etc. to meet the double locked requirement.

Here's a serisouly obtuse question. Since this is just a range bag does it really fall under ITAR? Could you not order and ship to the border (if they will not ship to Canada), then cross and pick it up? I don't mean to break the law but how is a bag ITAR controlled?

Who said it's ITAR related? It isn't.

Another company that makes nice cases is Galati International, and they used to ship to Canada (I'm pretty sure they still do). they make a full line of discrete cases, with a full inch of foam for padding
