IR is not allowed out of the US.

Not correct. You can still get them imported (IR/Laser civilian version) but it is a big pain in the ass!

IRG cant get IR models of PEQ-15s or DBALs anymore for civvies, if any one could it should be them.

I had to source an IR PEQ-15 from one of the guys who bought one from the only shipment of IR PEQ-15s to make it in. Paid for it too.

I know for a fact that the IR DBAL's are really difficult to get. However, on occasion IRG gets a batch of the L3 ATPIAL-C IR units. As far as I know, If they're in stock they'll import them. Once ordered, it's just a matter of waiting, IRG takes care of the rest.
