In layman terms roughly 4 moa?

About 3.5 MOA. In use its around 2-4 depending on brightness.

Will this RDS co witness with std. folding Troy MBUIS and Magpul MBUS Gen2 sights? Will the supplied 3/4" riser be sufficient for proper co-witness on a flat top AR upper or is some other riser needed?
