Sooo... where exactly do I apply the Red Loctite to secure my loose op rod guide???

Do I apply it in the space between the guide and barrel? or where the pin is?

The bearing surface on the barrel, make sure it is clean of oil and grease, i normally peen the bearing surface to make it a tight fit aswell, i also use JP weld....YMMV

by peen, you mean make small 'dents't to raise the metal a bit?
