welcome aboard, your comment that you are glad there are others out there that are like you, brings me back to the thought that was exactly the same.
started the handgun hobby shortly after high school (was not into sports and wouldn't have done well in them anyway, and my fellow geeky friend thought after all the b action movies the 2 of us went, said let's try handgun, and we did (clint eastwood dirty harry thing)
that was in 1997, and even with internet, and getting the gun newpapers, first the "gunrunner" and then "canadian access to firearms", it was not until last year that someone referred me to CGN. what a treat after that!
when the wife walks by again, just remind her that besides her beauty and unconditional love, CGN is one more good reason why you are home at night. lol
or are we at an age that a romantic evening is to stay home, get 2 dvd's (new releases on a 2 for 1 special), and a bucket of chicken?
the equipment exchange, the ee, usually about 2 weeks after signing up, not automatic, you have to kind of reregister again when you make a new inquiry to go on ee after the time break, that is all i know
and as important, share with us your thoughts, questions and opinions on the forums.
