Ya ya there a lot of xcr vs tavor threads out there and I should just search but I'm lazy so I here I go

Who's got the latest gen keymod xcr's? Specifically in 5.56. Long story short, I used to have the quadrail heavy Barrel and I absolutely loved it. It was my first real black rifle and she was rock solid. I ended up trading her for a tavor and I love it too. I was thinking about picking up a new xcr and having like a 6 month side by side comparison to see which one I really want, then selling the other.

So who has the new one and what's your opinion? Also feel free to add a few pics, well, because I love pictures haha

You did the exact same thing I did! Sold my heavy barrelled L also. The light barrel keymod is significantly lighter than the old one. Trigger is just as good. From all I've heard, QC is better and the early Gen 1-1.5 issues have been resolved. I've only fondled the newest XCR, never shot one.
Deciding whether you like the XCR or Tavor better will be difficult as they handle so differently. Comparing it to an AR, ACR or SL-8 might be more appropriate.

Mine is 7.62x39 is sweet. Cycles Romanian surplus perfectly on gas setting 1. I think about selling it from time to time, but once I take it out to the range, I know I would not get rid of it.
Creep the EE and buy a used one.

Love my XCR-M in .308. I had the HB initially and traded the barrel for a lightweight. Best thing I did. Noticeably less weight and just as good accuracy. I would buy an XCR-L keypad 5.56 in a heartbeat if I had the scratch.
