Hey you seven foot Frenchman, what's with the disparaging remarks about my favorite rifle manufacturer...............:d:d:d

I like it Johnn, and I see it's in the worlds most accurate action, what's not to like..........good cartridge, good caliber, great action and a super stable stock...........WINNER all around.

:)Good point. I've had a 'fair' variety of different bolt guns. In past, the closest I've ever been to actually having a 700 Rem was when my Son In Law lent me one in .25-06 to 'play with', that had belonged to his Grandfather. Getting the 375CT, ;)I guess it was time to fill that 700 Rem void in my little Harem. We have visitors from England at the moment but when they depart, there are now a 'few' recent purchases that will have to be put through their paces:). Great visitors but I'm waiting patiently.

;)Got it covered Looky. One of two options.

Could use the Swedish connection, the IKEA Mewsey that presently guards my reloading room and my family of Husqvarnas and their relatives from Denmark.
Or,

my Mewsey crystal ball could be called upon to lend a helping hand.

Me Too !! After many frustrating hours with a couple crappy Rugers that comment was amusing to say the least !!

Awesome thread Johnn, I'd really like to see that one in person !!

Apparently the Fudd had to relieve himself of the Chat... probably the unbearable laminate... well it is in the right hands now... it has a chance to feed.

As part of the deal with SC, another item included is a second custom fitted stock. At some point in time, I'll probably 'try' it and while the laminate look isn't my #1 choice, I still prefer it over the 'plastic' look of the other.

I have been doing some serial downsizing in the last few months. The CT was not on the list to go as I have some history with and its taken a couple moose and a caribou. Johnn has been after me for a while to sell and is a persistant buyer who caught me at a weak moment.

Saying that ..... I have a nice stainless 700 in 358Win that will serve my needs well in the adsence of the 375.
