this was given to our competition

Recently read the book Poorly Made in china.

Good read before considering buying a chinese firearm.
Type 81 and type 97 both phenomenal rifles given their price points. No doubt some QC issues but TI has been great with factory defects from what I hear.

So unfortunately we were informed this was given to our competition, despite us being on their case about it since it was just prototypes :(

Hopefully doesn't go the way of the Type 03, Type 05 and Type 97 shorty and shooters actually get to see them some day...

Does it start with an N and S?

This is still positive news as there’s still a chance we see these.

Did they elaborate as to why? TI is well established in the Canadian market and the T81 sales speak for themselves. I can’t fathom why they would choose ternion(if it is in fact them) to spearhead this foray when they are so unknown. I only know the name due to their 12GA rem 870 clones.
