Here are my 2 latest targets, shot with my Norinco EM-332. The interesting thing is that the 10-shot group (both at 50 yds.) were shot with Win. Target .22 ($2.25/box). The second group (5-shot) was shot using Eley Tenex ($15.00/box). The 1 flyer in the 10-shot group was due to someone firing a .338 Lapua at the other end of the line, and it has a muzzle break!!!!

Anyways, I'm pretty proud of my cheap Chinese .22 and Mossberg scope.

Your group with the Eley is actually .488 -.22= .268. Both are commendable groups. Some what unjustifiable to conclude anything from the targets as to ammo preference. An average of several groups with each brand might be more indicative.
Good shooting nonetheless !

Thanx for pointing out the math error. Actually, I've tested every kind of ammo I could find, at least 1 box of each (over 25 kinds). For some strange reason, all Winchester stuff shoots very well. The Eley Tenex is the only other ammo that shoots as well as the Win, but at $15/box, I'll save it for special occasions. The worst was the CCI.

Tried Stinger and Blaser. Stingers weren't bad, Blasers were horrible, but weird thing, the Norc likes all Winchester stuff I put through it: Subsonic, HiVel, Target, 333, Dynapoint and I'm sure I missed some. Tired all the Federal stuff I could find, including Amer Eagle. Tried all the Remington and Eley I could get my hands on. The worst, as a group, was the Remington. The Federal, some were pretty good, some only so-so.

Stingers are the hyper velocity ones. That makes sense now.
Curious as to whether the blasers where the bulk pack ones or the 50rd packs, as some people said the 50rd packs shoot better than the ones in bulk packs.

They were the 50 rd. pack. I wouldn't buy a bulk pack until I knew how they shoot. 22's can be cantankerous critters, I guess. My son has a CZ (can't remember the model), but it loves the Rem Subsonic stuff, yet it's just about the worst of the bunch in mine.
