Pay attention to these two
You could machine the launcher to accept something like that -- however you woudl have to ensure you cleared the barrel release latch and the barrel removal latch (on either side of the gasblock on a carbine)
It may be easier to do what the IDF did for their 11.5 for a brief time and try to machine a mount that come back from the M203 mount to the gasblock. The IDF gave up on it and went to M4's for M203s...
