I gots' a security guard license, I may need level 4 plates to stop 308 while my partner provides covering fire with a number 1 Ruger.

What I'm saying is if you were to have someone buy armour for you with the intent or reselling it to who ever you felt like and that person were to commit a crime you would be held accountable.

After thinking about it, no one should have body armour of any kind. It's not very sportsmen like.
