I'd love to get my hands on a 6520. Prices in the US right now are great ($900) and the lowers are marked .223, don't know about barrels though. Think they may have finally released a flat top version of this model but don't know the number.

If it is stamped .223 on the lower, you could have a local smith in the US put on a White Oaks match service rifle barrel for $300 before you import it - maybe less if they discount the barrel you leave behind. Theyre stamped Wylde chamber so theyre importable, and they fire 5.56. Then call Clay at Prophet River and he'll import it for you for $200. $1500 all in for your 6520 - way less than what you'd expect to pay. Make sure you call Clay before you make your purchase.

This thread was timely, I was about to ask about the pricing but I guess it makes a bit more sense now. Hoping to pick up a 6920 with removable carry handle.

Keeping my figures crossed some pop up not TOO expensive, but I understand why they are more.

For that cost/hassle you might as well get the ones already available in Canada like stag.
