Here is a completely different approach that works very well. Shoot the lead out with cream of wheat. Light target load with cream of wheat nearly filling case. Leave enough room to seat a lead bullet. Nothing to it and works great, even accurate. If you have gun that leads up, shoot a few of these at the end of a session, saves a bunch of time not lead mining. I don't use this method for bottleneck rifle cartridges, only straight walled cases.
