If you blow you nose and "black stuff comes out" thats bad... I would either shoot with a parical filter on my face or look for a different club... you know one of those white paper jobs should work.
Its a good idea to have a shower and try and wear the same clothes each time you go shooting so other clothes dont get contaminated with gunpowder residue or lead.
I wouldn't sweat over it. It's just GSR. If you're shooting lead bullets, the amount of lead in the dust (if any, remember bullets are coated) is very minimal. Washing your clothes will be fine. Just make sure you don't lick any lead and wash your hands before eating.

Nah.. you can get lead poisoning from being in an indoor range for extended periods of time. Ive seen multiple people get lead checks from their doctors and they are not allowed on range until their lead content goes down....
If you shoot indoors quite a bit, you should be wearing a mask and make sure you wash up.
