Lead or Plated ammo

For indoor range, I think FMJ is fine as long as the core is lead. This is to minimize serious ricochet. Some Russian ammo or military surplus ammo is steel core. Wolf ammo may have steel core (but then I could be wrong). I use LVE ammo from Russian surplus and the core is steel encased with copper which is a bad thing to be used indoor.

Our indoor range in Regina is limited by the CFO to lead or plated only. NO FMJ.
