have you taken it out in the bush yet to see how it does for snags?looks good lots less work that building a suit too.

Yes, I've worn it several times out in the bush & it hardly snags at all. Got my first turkey wearing it too. Several hens walked right by me at 10 ft! The nice part is you can just slip it over your regular cloths. I am very happy with it.

Looks very good. I like the leafy stuff better than regular camo for most situations. I use a ghillie suit that is "leafy"

You can see the importance of correct face camo in this pic. The face mask is too dark and will show movement more than a "leafy" color matched one.

I wear a ghillie at the gunshows I do, and it always makes me wonder when someone comes up and says "Oh! I didn't see you there!"

I'm nervous about someone having a firearm when theyy can't see a 300 lb. Sasquatch in a building:slap:

Good camo does not make you invisible. It merely tricks the eyes into telling the brain, " Move along, there is no danger here."

Good camo also makes the human shape hard to identify. with your eyes "fixed" and sitting down, yours sure does the job.:D

Was that you at the Kamloops Gun Show? In the West room? At the south wall?

If so, that's great camo!!!! I didn't see you.:) :)

Nice suit.....but did it work? Any turkey yet?
Yeah it worked great! Got this little 16lb Jake on the 2nd day of the season. Been hunting another property twice, but haven't filled my last tag yet. Probably have to go back to my original spot, lots of turkey there.

Nice bird man. (No ###ness intended)

I just picked up my second tag today. (Suprised Lebarons didn't say they were out! )

Where are you hunting?

Hi 44Fordy,

I bagged the Jake up in the Lanark Highlands, near MacDonald's Corners. Went out this morning to another one of my spots near Clayton Village. Got there after 9:00am. Sat & called for about 2 hours. Didn't hear or see any birds. I know they are around though. Good luck on your 2nd bird.

Right on! Good luck on #2!!

I went out this am for about 2 hrs before work. Heard 2....but quite some distance away. Had a conversation with one of them, but no dice by the time I had to leave for work.
At least I think I know where they are roosting now, I'll go check it out tonight and see if I can't set up under them tomorrow!

Cheers
