LEAPERS SWAT 3-12X44MM on a 10/22??

I'm looking at put a LEAPERS SWAT 3-12X44MM Mini Size A.O. Range Estimating Mil-Dot Scope on a 10/22, the things I like about this scope are:
short length, side focus, mil-dots and price $164.99.
I've read alot of mixed reviews anyone use one- likes/dislikes?
