As long as we're being honest :)....
The first time I stripped my SKS I had the bolt open, I think it was three days before I found the cover. It was in a pocket on my pool table. The first time I removed the bayo, it went flying 20 feet across the room, THUDD!!!, in the wall.

But I've never run the spring backwards. :p

lol...awesome! Especially if the missing dust cover was found during a game of pool. What's this doing here? Oh....I just store firearm parts in my pool table these days....ya know.

Yeah... The manual never mentioned that it was spring loaded like that. :redface:
I thought the bayo was one piece. Unscrewed it while my rifle was laying on the table, watched it zing across table, went to home depot for drywall patch compound, and then continued my cleaning. That thing has some force when it flies off.
